Who is WizardPrime+ for?
WizardPrime+ is for homeowners and businesses in Greater Austin with a WiFi Wizards installation who want ongoing professional management of their network. If you value uptime, hate troubleshooting, or simply want peace of mind, this is for you.
Do I need a WiFi Wizards installation to enroll?
Yes. WizardPrime+ is exclusively available for properties with WiFi Wizards-installed networks. This ensures we have full remote visibility into your system and can provide the level of service these plans promise. If you don't have an installation yet, get a quote to get started.
What does "monitoring" actually mean?
We track your network's uptime, throughput, connected client counts, access point health, firmware status, and ISP performance. When metrics deviate from expected baselines, we're alerted and can take action, often before you notice anything. We never monitor your personal traffic or browsing activity.
What's included in a Network Health Report?
Reports include WiFi connection reliability, coverage quality across all access points, client capacity analysis, gateway utilization (CPU/RAM), ISP speed verification, and a personal summary from your technician with any recommended actions.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Absolutely. You can change plans at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What's the cancellation policy?
No contracts, no penalties. Give us 30 days notice and you're free to go. We'll continue service through the end of your billing period.
What happens if my hardware fails?
Shield and Guardian members get priority scheduling for service calls at their plan's rate. Elite members have extended hardware warranty coverage and free service calls for covered equipment: we'll replace or repair it at no additional cost.
